On January 19, 2008, a long-awaited ceremony took place in the little town of Petite Riviere de Nippes in southwest Haiti. Visitation Clinic was dedicated and a huge celebration followed.

Visitation Hospital Foundation and the Parish Twinning Program of the Americas are

partnering with the University of Notre Dame in an effort to distribute information, medications, and iodized salt through their Haiti channels.
